At Bad Pickleball, we stand behind the quality of our hats and want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are limited-run and custom, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. Please read the policy carefully before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We only accept returns or exchanges if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photo/video) of the defect or damage.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

Process

  1. Email us at [your support email] with your order number, description of the issue, and a clear photo of the defective/damaged item.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for return shipping or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as size, style preference, or change of mind.

Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
